Now, you can register your mobile number to get access to our Mobile 018VIP® service — here's everything you need to know.
How do I sign up?
Just click here to register. You’ll get sent a link to activate your account and we’ll let you know when you’re all set up. It's that simple.
How much does it cost
Nothing extra. You'll be charged the same amount as a normal 018 call from a mobile.
How does the 018® VIP service work?
Just keep using us like you usually do. But if it’s during normal business hours, you’ll get put through to our specialist VIP team. So call us with whatever or whoever you’re looking for – it could be the opening hours of a shop or bank. Or someone to fix your watch. Or maybe you’ve just realised your warrant is due and you need to find the nearest testing station. We’ll be able to search when you can’t and give extra information to help you out.
When can I use this service?
The service is available during normal business hours. So that’s Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. If you call outside these hours, your call will be directed to our regular service.
Why don’t you offer this service on the weekend?
At the moment, we’re just offering this during normal business hours, as it’s when people use us most. Outside those hours, you’ll be put through to the 018® team who will be able to help. We’ll keep looking at the needs of our VIP customers and may look at extending or changing those hours to suit their needs.
Can anyone have this?
Yes, all you need to do is register to sign up. Then you can use our 018 VIP service from your mobile phone when you’re out and about. (At this stage you can’t use this service from your home phone)
If I’m calling from a mobile, do I have to use this service?
No, not at all – it’s your choice. But if you like the thought of extra special service, just register here
What if I want to cancel the service?
Just contact us and let us know you don’t want to be a VIP anymore. What if I change my phone number? Just let us know. We would prefer if you called from your old phone number, but we realise this is sometimes not possible.
